3. Letakkan tangan di pinggang dan tekan dengan kuat untuk mengencangkan otot dada. Perhatikan payudara dari sisi kiri ke kanan.

4. Kemudian, membungkuklah di depan kaca sehingga payudara terjulur ke bawah. Perhatikan dan raba untuk memeriksa apakah ada perubahan tertentu pada payudara.


5. Tautkan kedua tangan di belakang kepala dan tekan ke dalam. Perhatikan kedua payudara Anda, termasuk di bagian bawah.

6. Periksa apakah terdapat cairan yang keluar dari puting Anda. Tempatkan jempol dan jari telunjuk Anda di sekitar puting, lalu tekan perlahan, dan perhatikan apakah ada cairan yang keluar. Ulangi pada payudara yang lainnya.

Dalam banyak kasus penelitiannya yang sebelumnya disebutkan bahwa duduk terlalu lama juga ternyata bisa membuat sel-sel lemak berkembang dan sel-sel otot menghilang.


Sebuah penelitian lain yang juga telah dipublikasikan di American Journal of Preventive Medicine yaitu tentang menemukan bahwa gaya hidup sedentary (gaya hidup yang di mana seseorang kurang dalam aktivitas gerak fisik) bisa memberi dampak negatif pada kondisi fisik tubuh.
