Just to share information, many successful people like Bill Gates, Warren Buffet, and Oprah provide time to be alone for 5 hours a week to learn something new.

Time outs can also be utilized by performing various physical and mental activities, such as jogging, sports, yoga, meditation, or even praying.
Regular exercise is known as a panacea for the body and mind, and has been shown to improve immune function in the body, can reduce pain, increase happiness, and certainly can make you not feel lonely. When you choose to spend time in prayer or other religious matters, it can also be believed to reduce the negative effects of stressful situations, as well as bring a soothing feeling.
